Note:

Spend some time to learn grid / cursor step control keys. You can set cursor step and shift cursor grid centering in most useful way.

Keys:

• [up], [down], [left], [right] - move view

• [+], [-] - zoom

• [ | ] - move / zoom to default

• [1] - cursor step 1 mm

• [2] - cursor step 0.1 mm

• [3] - cursor step 0.01 mm

• [4] - cursor step 0.001 mm

• [5] - cursor step / 2

• [6] - cursor step * 2

• [7] - cursor step / 5

• [8] - cursor step * 5

• [9] - center cursor step grid to cursor

• [0] - center cursor step grid to zero

• [Enter] - hide / show G-code textarea

• [Tab], [C] - show / hide confguration/commands panel

• [F1], [H] - show / hide this help

Supported G commands

- G00, G01 Only

Commands module

• On click the gird cursor the ({CURSOR}) line in code textarea will be replaced by active command in commands panel. Only first line with ({CURSOR}) template will be used, rest will ignore.

• Use "/" as line divider to make multi-line command (macros) or add empty lines.

{x} and {y} will be replaced by current x y coords.

{x+a} and {y+b} will be replaced by current x y coords with shift (a, b may be positive or negative) for placing multiple shapes in one macro.

{0}, {1}, etc. at the ending of command makes active command with number 0, 1, etc. after executing current command. Use this template at the ending only. In this way you can link several number of commands, make loop and avoid repeating of static command.

({MARKER_X_Y}) - this template makes grey circle with coords (X,Y) without moving tool.

({LINE_X1_Y1}) - beginning, ({LEND_X2_Y2}) - ending point to draw a grey line with coords (X1,Y1) to (X2,Y2) and 1 pixel width for any zoom. Line draws without moving tool.

({LINE_X1_Y1_D}) - beginning, ({LEND_X2_Y2}) - ending point to draw a copper-coloured line with coords (X1,Y1) to (X2,Y2) and width = D millimeters. Line draws without moving tool.

({RECT_X1_Y1}) - beginning, ({REND_X2_Y2}) - ending point to draw a copper-coloured rectangle with coords (X1,Y1) to (X2,Y2). Rectangle draws without moving tool.

({COMMENT_{x}_{y}_Comment...}) - comment with coords (X,Y) without moving tool. Replace "Comment..." with your text.

Calculation curves for cutting PCB

The button Get Outline generates G-code for cutting PCB board by linear approximation G1 with top Z = 1mm, bottom Z = -0.2mm, D = 0.2mm.

First, draw PCB tracks using copper-coloured ({LINE_X1_Y1_D}) and ({RECT_X1_Y1}) templates. These templates will be used for calculations. The code will be placed in ({CURSOR}) place. So, make sure the ({CURSOR}) line is exists in your code. Also, make sure your code is not so large, calculation time is limited.

There are demo algorythm and the Pro version. The Pro allows to customize depth, depth per one cycle, tool diameter and more parameters to cut not only PCB. To get the Pro Key publish something worthy or buy it or ask me about a sample.
